In my best estimation, the total shares outstanding are approximately 5,625,000. Of these, approximately 2,200,000 shares are in the float.

The remaining shares are restricted stock in the hands of the management.

Aladdin Oil Corporation's fiscal year ends on June 30. Therefore, one may expect audited 10-Ks to be released shortly thereafter. Some of the information you had requested regarding proven reserves, etc., may be found in that new 10-K.

P.S. I have had the opportunity to speak with Meghan Robins, President of Aladdin Oil Corporation, and have found her to be very personable and informative. You may wish to contact her for further DD.
