If one of these deals don't happen, the SEC will treat them as a mutual fund. CMGI knows this is the priority on its plate and whether AV or another company, there will be an acquisition by CMGI before the end of the summer. As well as one or more "failed" attempts to acquire operating businesses consistent with its stable of inet companies.
