Just ran across this little gem. Trades very thin, but I like what I see.

Stock has been unjustly punished for doing a reverse split to stay on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.

Why do I like it. Take a look at yesterdays announcement about upcoming quarter earnings.

For those of you who do fundamental analysis, dig deep into the 10Q. You'll see that within the upcoming quarter or two others will see the value in this company. (Its low P/E will become evident, balance sheet will become VERY clean and future growth of RETAINED businesses will show.)

Trading at less than 25% of tangible book value!

Management owns a bunch and has been buying more stock recently.

Company has shed unprofitable division.

They have put the company up for sale, only at significantly higher price I presume.

I think it is worth at least $6 conservatively, $8-10 possible over time.

Any thoughts?
