Exciting AT&T news- this is the best possible partner for IFCI. I agree that SF council vote is a non-event. Market does not yet appreciate the magnitude of the AT&T partnership's effect on IFCI. I'm loading up, but I'm just a little guy. Would appreciate any details of T announcement which weren't in press release.
