Hello Brian;

Company's usually issue warrants as an incentive for investors to buy their shares, especially when the co,is in it's most speculative state, ie' when they are doing first financings etc.Also warrants are another way for the company's to almost guarantee that there will be money available for them down the road for them to continue operations such as day to day or exploration costs etc,.

Your last post stated "why", My feeling is that we will see a pick-up in share activity (seeing it already) and promotion.This will or should generate more interest and thus the share price should reflect that interest, and therefore the company should be able to exercise those warrants and raise more cash etc,etc,.

Hope this helps!!

With regards,Frank
