Hello James,

From the Information memorandum (not so confidential), the underwriters show TWE with a multiple (price to LTM? pre-marketing EPS) of 91, vs 77 for Schwab (at 101), 111 for Ameritrade (81), 171 for ETrade (37.69) and 123 for DLJdirect (29.50).

Too bad I don't know what "LTM" means.
