Linden, for those of you with a taste for the short side UOLP has just signed the dotted line of a floorless, the stock is up (allowing the floorless bandits to lay their hedging well above the ceiling of $5.5/share), but once that is done, a floorless is a floorless, a signal that something is not Kosher in the kingdom. The stock is above $8, and IMHO a short to at least $5.5 and possibly, a death spiral. Zeev
