Hello starwood investors. I am trying to do some DD for a company in Vegas (MPTV). If someone has already written inquiring about this deal my apologies. MPTV is a timeshare business in Vegas 5 blocks east of ceasers palace, on Harmon ave. The company just retained the title to this property through a lengthy court battle. In order to retain the title a loan was needed to help with the proceedings. With the loan (approximatly $8,000,000) came a joint venture partner. Through some research Starwoods name kept coming up. This deal is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. MPTV is currently a sub penny stock (not for long). If anyone has info to confirm or deny this please write. This is beneficial to both companies. Thanx.
