Debtors propose the following schedule for bid submission, negotiation and selection of a Plan Sponsor and the filing of a plan of reorganization: July 6, 1999 Court approval of procedures and bid protection July 20, 1999 Deadline for completion of all due diligence investigation by interested parties qualified by Debtors and Deutsche Bank. July 23, 1999 Deadline for submission of binding purchase offers containing no conditions to closing other than a material adverse change in the financial condition of the Debtors July 28, 1999 Deadline for evaluation of proposals by Debtors as well as negotiations with bidders, and Board meeting to select Plan Sponsor August 2, 1999 Document selected transaction, and prepare and file plan of reorganization and disclosure statement based on transaction with Plan Sponsor
