The people at LEAH have told us that D&T are doing the audit. D&T has not denied this. The information is in the press release. D&T has also not come out and said that they have done the audit, but that is usual business practice. The reason why we are in this mess is because some yahoo who operates in a vacuum, decided to call the SEC. Now he and us are in the same boat. Maybe LEAH thinking is hey why should we be in a hurry to get listed again, some disgruntled shareholders put us here.
