Looking at the 2 year chart you can see a cup and handle pattern. Usually the handle will angle down with decreasing volume. I think at this stage everyone is sitting and waiting for direction. If not, back to the Evans & Magee for a refresher. Normally with a chart such as this, the odds would be for a strong upward move on increasing volume. If market goes into toilet big time, all bets are off. jon
