You make a very good point about cleaning house before the sale. Further, I would not be surprised if our new leaders were placed in those positions as part of an ongoing negotiation (although that may not be true)as might have been the case with the sale to Techne. Some future buyer might be pulling the strings at CIST.

However, I find it quite surprising that you think that IL-1b patents would only be worth $18 million at best. If PMC is willing sign a $31 Million deal with CIST, then IL-1b is probably worth even more than that. Perhaps you were taking into account the time value of money, but what if the PMC deal is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the potential of CIST's patents?

$31 million divide by 19 million shares = ?
and if the patents are worth more...... Add that to the book value per share and mmm mmm gooood.

I am shocked that some are willing to settle for $1.25 per share.
