Hello Mr. Wexler: CPU takes more charges
CPU is taking additional charges and balling up a little while trying to change its stripes. See:
biz.yahoo.com
I am surprised by this. I thought Q4 was to be breakeven. With a recent trading range around 8, now I expect CPU to visit the 5-6 range again. I was net short, having missed legging out the short leg at 7 a couple of times. Now I think I will wait for 6 and go net long thereabouts, particularly in anticipation of a buyout. They have management that could be sacrificed in a buyout and locations and cash making them a possible takeover candidate. CPU management appears to me to have lost the 'grip'. Time to graciously benefit the shareholders by stepping out properly.
Best regards,
m
