One thing to remember is that this financing is guaranteed by Global Securities (even if clients don't put in the money, Global itself will) and my understanding is that they have a three month window to complete the financing, which ends in about 5 weeks (end of July). I also think that the minimum price for an EOP is $.40 , and no discount allowed. (correct me if I am wrong)
