OG, the specific Cisco propaganda (now violated with their own large East Coast acquisition) which has always strained credibility especially coming from a global networking company for christsake: Listwin -- "All of the indicators I look at, having done 34 acquisitions myself, are what we would expect of a large, bi-coastal, bad-cultural- fit acquisition" Maybe this was true in the past (i.e., BAY). But, Cisco continues to repeat this nonsense in mid-1999 despite the technological and management advances over the last 4-5 years. I personally think the strict Silicon Valley-only acquisition policy has hurt Cisco, and they have correctly now changed their tune. Now, congrats are in order to all ASND/LU holders. I've traded ASND quite profitably on swings between 90-105 and am quite sad to see such a nice trading vehicle be submerged into the LU behemoth. djane
