coug, Ariba is a good company, its just the timing of this offering that worries me a little for the longs. But at least for now its an a-list offering until sap, oracle etc. produce an equivalent product and it remains to be seen if they can do that or want to. Once upon a time people speculated that ariba would get bought by peoplesoft but that is out of the question now.

I don't believe these people are actually shorting this stock, btw.
