I used to routinely get 30 days from TSMC without needing to pay for it.> 60 is the rule of thumb figure for a 20+ mask layer process and a typically loaded fab. You can expedite select lots in the line, and get turnaround of closer to 20-25 days, but I 'd think you'd have to pay for this from a foundry. How complex was the TSMC process (in mask layers, feature size, etc.) that you are talking about? PB
