<I think that you are confusing the oral Targretin filing with the topical Panretin approval(which was expected in 1998). A filing of Targretin in 1999 has been the deadline for quite some time now. Last fall, it wasn't even clear if oral or topical Targretin would be filed first> I am 90% sure I read the planned date for a Targretin NDA was 4Q98 from something that Ligand had put out(News release or annual report). I will look around to see if I can find it and let you know. In the meantime, I guess the following historical posts on this thread may have to justify my claim. Look at posts 24145, 26598, 25741, and 26672. I guess there is a slight possibility that I could have gotten the 4Q98 date from one of these posts. Henry I'm sure you will want to verify that these posters are creditable. LOL
