"Give us all a break. If it weren't for ICTC, you wouldn't even be here."

Correct, now that punk has gotten into IDTC, there is a reason for me to read this thread AND to post here at my leisure and for my amusement. I am long IDTC, but you'll notice that I have not discussed the stock or it s merits here. You guys are short , I am not.. so be it. I dont feel the need to state my position or try to get you to change your mind. BUT I think the pinkmeister is of the same ilk as other "gurus" on SI and if I feel like taking a jab here and there, I will.

"There's nothing illegal about a broker commenting on stocks that
he/she owns. "

Of course not. BUT has he stated that he is a broker? No, he has hidden that. I also feel that there may indeed be a huge difference between commenting on a stock and issuing a recommendation. The SEC also feels that way or they wouldn t be hassling Tokyo Joe and investigating Daniel Miller. Admittedly, the laws involved are not my area of expertise, and may not be clear on internet posts, but to HIDE the fact that you are a broker and issue recommendations to further your own position might not go down too well with the SEC. We'll see on both issues - IDTC and Mr Punk

Cheers
