PB,

<You got a good deal. They expedited your material for free. Was typical non rush order around 45 days?>

Sounds about right but I can't be sure. I would get involved with production flow only if there is a customer issue or demand issue or if our CFO wanted to get a little bit more product out because some other product line did not come through.
So, I had a good idea of what I could get from fab/packaging guys when there was a need. Used to second source most of the key products so we could get favorable terms in times of need. (That's one good reason why some OEMs want AMD to be healthy - dependence on one supplier can squeeze you)
