Well, I was thinking more had been factored in based on the bond market action, however since I wasn't doing anything in the markets in 1994 during the last series of rate hikes, it is just a guess on my part...

Both Cohen and Steinberg also said the recent slump in U.S. government bond prices indicated that market had already priced in two or more potential rate hikes.
