To all: I simply do not understand why this stock is not allowed to fly. This announcement is BIG, yet the price is chained at $.04. I just don't get it. I am concerned about the share count. I cannot think of any other reason why this stock would be held down unless the float is much more monstrous than we were led to believe. Ideas? O
