James, I've been checking the SEC web site and haven't seen any filing yet either. Hope to see earnings greater that what the press release said, but it it is only .02 per share, + is a positive sign, and it will also be interesting to see what charges are made against earnings. Is .02 realistic, or is .15 without charges. Also have been checking GBIT's web site and wonder if they have given up on it. They don't seem to post news releases or financial statements on it anymore. Seems a little strange for a "Hi-Tech" company? Greg
