Assuming the investment bankers would have utilized the "green shoe", the overallotment to cover their short, it would be my belief that they would still be short the stock. I have no experience with respect to a secondary being cancelled in this fashion so my answer is but an assumption based upon one fact.

Today's action however was textbook unethical, yet legal manipulation. The circumstances surrounding the trading of CKFR boggle any recollection I have of the marketplace. Today was a learning experience. I would have preferred to remain uneducated as per the pattern of trading we just witnessed.

Pete Kight did the right thing today. Not being an individual who second guesses reality, CKFR, its management, its employees and we shareholders have our work cut out for us. I would have expected CKFR to rebound today but it did not. Over time however, the highs that were set earlier this year are achievable. Bring on the portal and associated announcements.
