Paul: I just glanced at BSMT: Looks like long term debt they had in 96 has migrated to become short term debt. Q mentions floating rate. In rising rate environment this would push costs up as rates slow consumer activity. Same store sales are sagging..not good. Was reading a peice on K-mart earlier today noting how rare and difficult successful retail turnarounds are. I agree with call option way of viewing. Looks like a long shot.
