SHAREHOLDER UPDATE:

Saratoga Holdings has signed an agreement with Qwest Communications (nasdaq "QWST") to be the telecommunications provider for their newly acquired prepaid calling card business. The management of the division of Qwest has requested that we refrain from using their name in any press release due to the sensitive nature of their currently business dealing. I would assume this is based upon legal advice from their securities counsel. Qwest has given Saratoga the authority to disclose this information to shareholders, brokers, analysts, institutional investor or any other interested parties. Once SHCC receives the authority to release this contract over the wire services we will ofcourse do so and provide additional details of the nature of the contract. Thank you for your support.

Patrick Rost Director of Investor Relations for Saratoga Holdings
