Hey, this news never went out on the business wires! I never did see this news item hit the PR Newswire or Business Wire. All I saw it on was some Hollywood wire. I don't think there is any conspiracy holding the stock down. So I am sure any brokers with clients in this thing would not have known any reason why the stock was up if a client called in so the pitch would have gone something like: "Gee, I dunno. It is up on a lot of volume. Why not use the blip and the volume to dump your shares and lets buy something else. The trend looks down. Take the tax loss and move on..." Get them in, get them scared, get them out... and earn your brokerage commission on both sides as soon as possible. I think there are an awful lot of shareholders who have been burned over the last 18 months from getting diluted that don't know what they own anymore except a 4 cent stock. Remember, a lot of the private placements in the past were done for the California Health clubs. Then Grizz 1 stake was bought and a little excited caused former CEO to sell the clubs. Then G&G came in and what was heard from the company since then? Not much really. New guy TC comes in. Some foreign presells. That is about it. Now some really great news and it does not even hit the business wires. There are a lot of victims in the dark selling their stock. However, once the weak ones have turned over, the stock will do its thing. Look at the prints. Value of them is $4,000 to $8,000 lots on most of them. No conspiracy, just a lack of deep thinking by some burned out retail and day trippers, IMHO.
