you are so off base on this one...be very careful. Recent analyst upgrades are based on information and discussion they have with management. They dont guess on upgrades,targets...they base it on much more DD than you or I are capable of. SMOD is generating 45 million plus in earnings, run rate approaching 1 billion in sales. My insight provides that SMOD sales/earnings are increasing (just as Cowen and Oppenheimer recently stated, with 35+ price tagets) Just my opinion,good luck
