Hi Marc. I noticed this as well. Time to look seriously at a new service. they keep promising that they will improve but dont.

I have been downloading end of day data from CSW to Supercharts. The thing that I noticed was that some of that data was incomplete and that it was not adjusted for splits. The data is useless for some stocks. I emailed CSW on one in particular where there had been a symbol change in the DOW and was told that they would not combine data when symbols changed. The symbol for downloading was $DJII. It was change to $INDU. I got back to them and told them I hadn't realized that the NY exchange had changed the symbol for the DOW. Its these little things that bug me. Why cant they provide complete data under the new symbol, come on CSW. The straw that breaks the camel back is that I just went to download the data for Nortel and because of the recent change of symbol I get 38 days of data. Of course I can cut and paste data till I turn blue to get it back further from the old symbol but I think Id rather just pay for a complete service.
