OK, sinking in, but you said a company exercises a warrant, isn't it the holder of the warrant who apon seeing the price of ITF hit $1.60, buys it for the issue price of $1.45, thus making an instant profit? So these outstanding warrants are somehow a good thing to someone like me who can get in at .75? I have been trading for years, and have read and talked about warrants without fully understanding them. Thanks for your patience. Brian
