Definition, LTD. Announced Management Changes And Opening Of New Office
CASSELBERRY, Fla., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Definition, LTD. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news) announced today the resignation of Dr. William B. Turner from the Board of Directors of the company. This will allow Dr. Turner to concentrate his full efforts on WINQ-TV, which he has purchased from Definition, LTD. Effective July 1, 1999, Donna L. Anderson will assume the title of Director and President of the company and manage the day-to-day operations. Mrs. Anderson is a veteran producer, director, writer and actress and is well qualified to run this entertainment company. Charles Kiefner will retain his position as CEO.
Steve Gallagher, former Vice President of Operations at Quality Video, Inc. will be joining the company as Executive Vice President. Mr. Gallagher was responsible for over $15 million in sales and distribution covering home video, music and special products for the past three years. Other positions will be announced in the coming months as their present employment contracts expire.
Definition, LTD. is opening a new 4,000 square foot office in Las Vegas, Nevada. The facility will be completed on July 1, 1999. This will allow the company to take advantage of its contacts in the movie and recording industry and facilitates getting our product to market.
