In the PR dated Dec. 10, 1998 the company stated: "Leah is also pleased to announce that it has engaged the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche (CIS) to perform an audit on its year end financial statements (Dec.31, 1998) and to assist LEAH in accounting and other management services as the company continues to grow" However, in the same PR they also stated: "LEAH Industries Inc. expects to release its third quarter financial results by Dec. 16 1998 and its year end audited financial statement by the end of February 1999." They were a week late on the third quarter and as for the audit......well you know where we stand. The audit with the D&T stamp of approval is what we are waiting on, and will surely help investor confidence. All we can do is wait.
