"Spam is not appreciated" Eric- I disagree. Some Spam is appreciated. My wife has this great recipe. You take some grated American cheese, Miracle Whip (or the alternative that I can't spell), and some grated Spam. Mix the three together and spread on an open-faced bun. Broil it in the oven for a short while, until the spread begins to lightly brown. Now that is what I call Spam at its best!!! I agree with your assessment of the previous post though...what does it have to do with the price of tea in China? I will e-mail the Spam recipe if anyone is that desperate. It will taste better with a few beers. Have the beers before the meal though. Dang...I've been in the sun too long today.:0) Ed
