Hi Rande. UOLP- here is another line from the pr that should be a red flag to would be holders: The conversion price equals the average closing price of the Common Stock over the five trading days prior to the date of the agreement. I wouldn't be surprised to see this under 5 within two weeks. Looks like we are near some buying opps on the big boys. YHOO being fairly dip resistent, with earnings right around the corner. BDE- Don't forget, they also have issued a floorless. At least this one is holding up better than I expected. (I'm still long.) MALL is actually very undervalued compared to it's peers. Might be a bit out of favor now that UBID has been distributed. SOme good DD over on the MALL thread. Also has the potential spinoff of another net co. x
