As soon as ZAP gets the printing presses up and rolling, they can print the money they need to buy LCOS.

I have no position in ZAP right now. However, I am waiting and hoping for a major ZAP spike so I can short it with impunity. A spike to 15 would be amazing. A spike to 20 would be a divine gift.
