Specifically, IMO:

Absolutely Eric! And also:

>> Greed and Fear....Remember try not to get rich quick BUT get rich slowly. Recently, it
appears to me that there is too much greed and speculation in this market. Stay with the
strong value oriented companies and with your plan! Remember my post on market
psychology. There WILL BE some sell off SOMETIME as FEAR catches up with GREED. I plan to be
sitting on the sidelines with money in hand waiting to buy as much stock as I can of the
"Value Companies" on my list. As fear sets in and the speculators run for the door, I will
have a big smile on my face as I offer pennies to their dollar for all of their stock. I try to
buy when everybody panics and sells. The next time around (IMO) it will be the
'speculators' who just met 'Fear'!

The longterm investors do not worry about Greed or Fear but of value. It takes a long
time for value to change but greed and fear can change overnight. <<

He's 100% on the mark in my book.
