Morgan - Can we categorically rule out that Siemans is not going to acquire the entire Q?

All of Qualcomm is very unlikely in my book. They would have to pay a lot, and Dr. J has already demonstrated that retirement isn't his thing. Subscriber-only is possible, but Qualcomm has not, IMO, released any info that would justify it (unlike the infrastructure unit which we knew was hurting beforehand). That, in combination with the fact that I have seen no credible source giving a reason for believing such a sale was going to happen (e.g. before the infra sale there was a major brokerage which saw Ericsson Infra managers in San Diego), makes me believe that it is unlikely, although not inconceivable.

All JMO.
