Dilution is a term I would use to describe a stock offering through a brokerage. Here we have some strategic investors who have not only written us a blank check but also have signed a five year $350 million contract for our service. What is the interest rate on the preferred stock? Zero I believe. OK, so we take $600 million of interest free cash, two large investors who aren't going to flip their investment on a double, triple, (you name it); splash it on a company with coverage by no major brokerages and what do you get? Fire works guys. Fireworks. :0) IMHO of course Glenn.
