Thanks, Ga Bard for coming to the rescue. I am very happy that I can count on you to shed light on such awkward issues. I wish there were a FORM FILING DISCLOSURE. . .that would standardize reporting of such dilution issues, so that investors could compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges. . .

Until then we must guess . . .speculate. . .estimate. . .and when all else fails. . . call Ga Bard to figure it out.
