Ruby, just quickly scanned the article. Remember, (if I read this right) the U.S.$100 million is over 5 years so even if Kasten does get 20% of this (cdn$30 million) that is only cdn$6 million a year. I know haven't dug into this too much, but I don't think that will move the stock that much. Maybe combined with other future NYCT projects this will help. I sure hope so, I don't want to wait that long to see $4+ per share. cheers, riker
