Rande the reason I base the two large sells as friendly is because o fhte anti dilution laws,. Typically when they have stock they place an order at the midpoint ... If the MM has a partner and typically that is the case they will fill it depending on the buying. I did not see much selling other that the two large blocks ... :-) GB
