Good evening,

I cannot comment or give material information additional to what is in the press releases.

Our recent release indicated that we signed 3 (read three) MoUs (memoranda of understanding) for the licensing of W-OFDM. Negotiating a definitive agreement with Fortune 500 companies takes time. Wi-LAN is negotiating for the best terms possible. If this means we will have to go past the original target of June 30, so be it. However, we are doing our best to meet these targets.

Wi-LAN is quite healthy from a financial point of view. If we were in any serious difficulty, the board of directors would have had an obligation to notify and alert the shareholders. Further, with the recent surge in share price, you should safely assume that it is not difficult for Wi-LAN to raise money, should it need to. Finally, as I have stated before, we have not to date utilized conventional financing schemes such as bank loans and receivable financing. I am saying this to explain that we have enough good options.

Our Q2 financial results must be announced by June 29. Please review them carefully and compare them carefully with the Q1 results to determine on the relative strength of the company on an ongoing basis.

I thank you all for your concern and support.
