Jim, re:<< Short term I would not expect DELL to climb much until the Fed concludes their meeting next week. Then I think that we will see a relief rally which may make new highs. >> this will happen only if the Fed's increase rates by 25 basis points, AND, go to a neutral stance in regards to future rates. If they don't go to a neutral stance, or they raise by 50 basis points, we are going to see a major sell-off in the bond market which will pull down the stock market.
