Didn't terry ask a question about what affect the new OTC reporting requirements would have on CSIN (#reply-10256278)?

Your response was "I wouldn't expect CSIN to become eligible for delisting under the new requirements mainly because their cash reserves are reportedly sufficient."

My understanding is that the new regulations require OTC companies to become reporting by a certain date, and if they don't they will be delisted (from the OTC). It doesn't matter whether they have cash or earnings. If they don't report they're history.

Your last post mentioned Nasdaq Small Cap requirements. CSIN is not on the Nasdaq Small Cap. CSIN is on the OTC BB.
