Rande,, 1/4 is already figured by the markets, I really don't expect 1/2 of a point at one time, it was just a what if? If it happened, the fallout would be nasty, to say the least.

The EBAY thing was luck, their system went down right after I bought the puts. I only expected a few point move.

As for China and all the other unknows floating around, I always like to have an exit strat laid out, in case.

My thinking about all of our micro/small cap stuff is that when the rotation moves to them, which in reality is where the old time value is residing, they will flat out cook. As an example, one I hold is COHT. Look at the earnings/revenue growth just out. An amazing story.
But, I think it is ignored because many are chasing all the ipo's this week, so it gets ignored, but it will move in time.

You already know I always play the short side of the S&P 500 futures, shorting the rallies, and it has been good so far.

In any event, in these volatile markets, go for it....
