kcmike! thanks for the reply. One of my questions was are you able to apply for the ipo in more than one acct? I hold more than 100 shares in three different accounts. Two of the letters I got today had the same code on them , one had a different code of it. A total of two different brokerage houses.

I don't remember seeing anything about a seperate W-9 form...

They said in the letter if the IPO was priced and you exceeded your limit, you would have to pay them within three days. (Which to me didn't really seem to be a problem...) I, of course sent them a regular check, and now I am nervous about that.

I guess this will all shake out in a couple days, one way or the other. Thanks for responding.
