Michelle,
The point where the "<--1" is located was when I made my comment on
SEBL. The BRL is the "Bearish Resistance Line". When SEBL hit that
it reversed down and gave the sell signal at $44 (<--2). The first
buy signal was at $39 (3-->), but it was showing a good
basing formation in the low 30s. Everything since then is a buy
signal. (a buy signal is seen where a column of Xs exceeds the
previous column of Xs. Sell signal when a column of Os is lower than
the preceding column of Os).
