Some info on the upcoming AXC vs. Mitsu suit...

According to the U.S. District Court, District of Delaware, the suit is on schedule for Monday, March 31. The case number (docket #) is 95-582, the presiding judge is Roderick McKelvie. Proceedings will be in the US Federal Building, 4th Floor, Courtroom 4A, Wilmington, Delaware. It is a jury trial (as we know), is open to the public, and is expected to last about two weeks. Representing AXC is Josy Ingersoll of Young-Conaway. Representing Mitsubishi is Jack Blumenfeld of Morris-Nichols.

According to the clerk, the court opinion is available electronically externally only via the PACER system, which is a subscription attorney's service. Of course, the opinion is available at the court itself. We will probably learn more more quickly from AXC IR, unless someone has access to PACER.
