How do you have almost 3:1 buy:sells and have the price decline?

At 10:23, the spread was .135 x .139, 20,000 went off at .139. 7 minutes later, the spread drops to .135 x .136...

2 minutes later, the spread drops to .131 x .135. No action to justify it. In the next 3 hours, 110,000 goes at the ask, with 31,000 on the bid. The spread drops to .131 x .132...

The last hour & a half sees 86,000 on the ask, a block of 70,000 split high, and 3,500 on the bid, and the spread closes at the low for the day, .125 x .130...

This is BS. I get some cash, I'm buyin'.

I am also very curious to see if they'll dip it below 1/8, as that seems to be the execution price of the most recent perks issued to our esteemed management team...wouldn't expect anything lower than .11...
