I suspect these things go in cycles, with one emotional post inspiring another in a chain reaction

I believe you are 100 percent right. So what has to be avoided is

1) I'm shorting this dawg at 16.00 its worth $4.00
2) This piece of crap shouldn't even be listed let alone $4.00
3) If yur long yur dead!
4) I'll take yur milk money home anytime twit!

etc. etc. etc.

exchange these for

1) Took a short position in XXX at 12.00
2) This stock is selling for $4.00 it looks like a good day short
3) There is bad news out on this stock..if anyone is long, you might want to close your position
4) I think its an easy .50c on a short at $7.20

If you are aggessive in your manner than you will atract aggression!
